Jewel Mix Nasturtiums are the most generous flowers in the garden—their jewel-toned blooms in fiery reds, oranges, and yellows tumble over beds and containers in a joyful cascade, and every part of the plant is edible, with a distinctive peppery kick that makes flowers, leaves, and seeds beloved by home cooks and chefs alike. They bloom within weeks of sowing, thrive on neglect, and ask for almost nothing. The single most rewarding flower for new and experienced gardeners alike.

Growing Instructions: Direct sow after last frost directly where they will grow—nasturtiums dislike transplanting. Plant in average to poor soil; too much fertilizer produces lush foliage at the expense of flowers. Barely cover seeds with ½ inch of soil and keep moist until germination. Both compact bush types and trailing varieties thrive in containers.
