Shipping policy

At Seattle Seed Co., we work hard to get your order packed and shipped quickly so you can get growing as soon as possible.

 

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


During peak gardening season (March–May), processing may take up to 4 business days due to higher order volume.


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our shop.



Shipping Methods

We currently ship using trusted carriers including:


 

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.


Estimated delivery times once shipped:


  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority shipping: 2–4 business days



Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.


At this time we are unable to ship internationally.



Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.


If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder.



Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping provider.


If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first using the tracking number provided.


If you still need help, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.



Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.


Seattle Seed Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.



Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can make it right.
