Mizuna microgreens are a Japanese mustard green with a uniquely delicate, feathery appearance and a mildly peppery, pleasantly tangy flavor that makes them a favorite among chefs and adventurous home cooks. Lighter and more nuanced than arugula, mizuna adds sophisticated flavor and stunning visual texture to salads, ramen, sushi, grain bowls, and any dish where elegant, delicate greens shine. A versatile, fast-growing microgreen that elevates the look and taste of any plate.
Grow in trays using coconut coir or potting mix—mizuna seeds germinate quickly and grow vigorously. Harvest when cotyledons are fully open and the first true leaves are just beginning to emerge for the best flavor and visual appeal.
